Every person in this world must have experienced abdominal pain at least once in his or her life. While in majority of the cases there are no serious problems involved, sometimes however the causes can be a bit dangerous. So it becomes extremely important for people to understand the possible causes so that they can take necessary steps accordingly and try to avoid such things again in future.
Know the Possible and Common Causes
Two of the most common causes are indigestion and constipation. Eating unhealthy foods, drinking too much, and change in diets and sleeping hours can encourage the symptoms. Abdominal pain can sometimes be due to the menstrual cramps in case of women. During menstruation, the muscles of the uterus contracts a lot which can cause mild as well as strong pain. Food poisoning is another important cause. Eating roadside and unhygienic foods can give rise to bacterial infections in the stomach causing pain. Sometimes unusual eating routine can allow acids to exceed the limit thus causing acidity and severe pain. Some people are also allergic to certain kinds of foods. Eating them can cause pain as well as irritation and vomiting. Sometimes the inability of the stomach to produce enough enzymes for digesting lactose content in certain foods can also cause irritating pain in abdomen.
